Patience
It is very difficult to sum up what Rinpoche has taught me. However, I think compassion was the most important thing. Because Rinpoche had such great compassion. I was always impressed by the compassion Rinpoche had with difficult students, for whom he had already said the same thing over and over again. However, his patience never ended. After a while, I realized his patience came from his compassion and his wisdom. These are what enabled him to be patient with those people.
